| answered a question | Does anyone really brush their dog's teeth? I do, because I am one of the people who learned the hard (and expensive) way how expensive dental care is later in life. After having both of my dogs' teeth professionally cleaned, we now brush every week or two and I more regularly give teeth-cleaning treats. I used to think it was silly, but now I know how important it is! Moving forward, I will definitely start the regular brushes as a puppy and before the senior years. |
| answered a question | Do you stay overnight when you are a traveling sitter? Hi Sandy, Much like the others on this board, as a Rover sitter, I leave it totally up to the owner. I usually offer a discounted rate if they do not want me to stay overnight. A good amount of owners are content with their dogs being alone overnight since they'll be sleeping anyway. However, with the travel sitting service, I plan to stay overnight in the dog's home unless the owner tells me otherwise. Whichever sitters you contact directly will let you know how they handle things! Lisa |
