| asked a question | How long does it take an adopted 2 year dog to become acclimated to their new home? I adopted a mini pitmix 2yr old female. She continues to jump on my furniture, and has actually gnawed a hole in my bench. I was told that she plays well with other dogs, but she appears to be overly aggressive with my 1 yr old pit mix.
