Hello Everyone, I've just started on http://Rover.com and the first dog client for an overnight visit staying has formed a hotspot on his leg 5 days into the stay. My own dog has had hotspots before so I have the medication and know how to properly treat for it and he is doing much better. Did you let the owners know right away, how did they react, and how should I word letting them know?
