They booked in August and I have tried contacting them since to find out details about the stay and cannot get a hold on them, what is the best thing to do? I am scheduled to sit two puppies on october 10th, however I haven't been able to reach their owner since they booked in August so I have no idea about any details of the stay or even when they are dropping off or picking up. This wouldn't necessarily be an issue but I haven't been able to reach them at all since the end of August and do not know how to reach them or what to do in this situation. |
