It's not necessarily at no extra cost to you. They will cover an additional amount up to 25% of the original reservation. They contacted only two sitters on my behalf after a last minute cancellation, neither of which worked out. It was a stressful and disappointing experience for me. Definitely read the Terms and Conditions. I'm sure this is a little late for you, but thought I'd answer in case anyone has a similar question and comes across this in the future as I did.
