| asked a question | 2-star rating. But good review? I had a dog stay with me for 4 days. And the owner left a review saying I was great with her dog. But she still went and left 2 -stars, so I feel pretty much sabotaged. I never met the owner personally. she even had some strange guy drop off and pick up her dog. So it was surprising to me that she would leave such a low star rating. Seeing that she didn’t even take the time to meet me personally. Do I say something to the owner? Do I reply to the review? Do I contact rover support,? I am a little upset because it’s my first review besides the testimonial that I have. and I’m worried the low stars will mess up my chances of getting booked. What should I do? ☹️ |
