I had the same issue getting multiple messages like mentioned above, text, email and app messages but I couldn't find anywhere to fix the issue. The real problem was that I was using the Rover app to do so. By logging into my account on the real webpage I easily found toggles to turn off email and text. Now I just get messages through the app which is way less annoying. Try this
