The original booking was for 8 visits over 4 days. The owners returned home early, so I only did 8 visits. I would like to refund their money for the 2 cancelled days. Is there a way to do that?

I am only offering home visits (dogs and cats) and dog walks. I know what I want to charge for 30 minutes for one animal. If I accept a booking for multiple animals and determine I'm not going to be able to get everything done in 30 minutes, is there a way to quote a custom rate to that client?

If I'm walking two dogs separately, each for 30 minutes, then I'm going to charge them the same rate for each dog. But if I'm walking two dogs together, then I only want to charge a couple of dollars extra. Or if I'm only going to walk each dog for 15 minutes, then I just want to charge them what I would charge for one dog. But those don't appear to be options when I'm establishing my rates on the website. Again, is there a way to quote a custom rate?
