| answered a question | If someone booked and overnight stay, and you booked the stay, then realized you had the dog for 30+ hours and 4 good walks, would you charge more? I have the same issue. I have a dog that was dropped off on a tuesday at 7 am and is being picked up on thursday at 830 pm, but I'm only getting paid for 2 nights. Need to figure out how to make a clear policy on this. Maybe 1 night = 24 hrs, anything over 24 hrs will charge for a doggy day care. So this dog hits 48 hrs at 7 am on thursday, so in the future I will charge for 2 nights boarding + 1 doggy day care in this situation. |
