hello, I am not sure what to do but let's say you have a person who you met through a meet and greet who booked a stay with you for that weekend and during the meet and greet also said that in the future they would need you for a specific time. What if they haven't officially booked you yet for that future date and you have to keep turning down other people who have reached out during the same dates that the person wants you to watch their dogs overnight. I have a woman who said she wants me to watch her dog for a week at the end of March. The problem is she hasn't booked it yet and so on the rover, it shows I'm still available for that week and already had to turn someone down because this woman said she needed me at the end of March but hasn't booked yet? I then realized this affected my rating and I don't know what to do I don't want to disappoint anyone but at the same time, i cannot keep going off of what this woman says because she hasn't officially booked me yet. I only met her through a meet and greet because I was supposed to watch her dog during the weekend (which I am) but as far as the future date goes if she hasn't booked yet and I've got people contacting me about their dog....what do I do? I'm not sure if this all makes sense but I am really new to the rover and I don't want to get a low review.
