I am trying to book a sitter for a few days after Thanksgiving, and it looks like I will be charged for both the holiday rate (applied to 1st dog) and the regular rate (applied to 2nd dog). So it essentially doubles my price. When I looked up how holiday rates should work in the help center, the below is quoted -

'For instance, let’s say you receive a house sitting request for November 25 to November 30 for two dogs. The holiday rate would apply to just the first dog for all five nights, since November 25 is considered a holiday date.'

That doesn't sound like what is happening when I am trying to book.

Is the problem that none of the sitters I am trying to book have a 2nd dog rate listed? Does that just mean it's normally twice as much for 2 dogs in one home?
