| asked a question | Is it possible to have a different rate for a very young puppy that's not housebroken? I notice there is a "puppy rate" for dogs under 1 year. In my experience dogs under 6 months old are the ones that need a special rate because they aren't housebroken and it takes a LOT of time. Is it possible to break down the "puppy" classification? |
