I currently have my first request, and me and the owner have talked and had a public meet & greet with the pups. We've set a date for the meet & greet in her home, but it's over a week away because of our schedules. The request expires in about 48 hours. If the request expires, what do I do? Does it matter if it expires? If I modify a request does it extend it? If I archive it can I still access the chat, and book it? Does the owner get notified when I archive it/let it expire/do anything?

I just want to understand the interface better, and I'm nervous that while I get to know it I'll appear unprofessional.

I'm a brand new sitter here on Rover, and I'm preparing for my first stay way before I've even been requested. I've made this little questionnaire worksheet that I want to use, but I'm not sure if it will make me seem more or less professional, or straight up anal retentive. It's designed to be printed out and taken with to the Meet & Greet, and has space for me to take notes on in pen. The front page has my rates, a section to write the confirmed pick up/drop off times, spaces for the owner's contacts, the emergency contacts, and the vet contacts. The second/back page is a list of questions I've compiled based on what I've seen on the Sitter Blog, and in this forum, split into a Behavior Training section, and a Eat, Sleep, and Play Routines section.

I'm thinking that I'll send it to them ahead of time so they can prepare some answers, and maybe come up with something I missed, then post-Meet&Greet I'll make up a new copy for just them, so I have it on hand for future stays.

Is this...too much? I've never done professional sitting before, and I feel like I'm overthinking this.
