I strongly agree with this and should be fixed by Rover. When leaving a hotel or even a Dog sitting location they expect a certain departure window time otherwise there is extra billing. I have personally experienced multiple times where the client stated pickup would be 5pm and ended up being 9 10 or 11 pm at night. And while things do happen like missed flights etc its not fair to expect sitters to put there lives on hold to accommodate those that are unable to adhere to the agreed upon pickup window.
