| commented answer | I used Rover for the first time a couple weeks ago and had a very unfortunate experience. How do I report an individual? I also had a bad experience - and the sitter had me book direct thru his co. for the 2nd visit, rather than through Rover. Is this a violation? I'd like to submit my complaint in writing - but how? Also, for my 1st visit, I wasn't given a chance to review - is this why he only has good reviews?? |
