Do I need to pay just to contact and ask a potential sitter a question? I just signed up with http://Rover.com through a link on http://Petco.com. I wanted to contact a sitter to ask how young a puppy they can board. However on the contact page there is a box that states "Boarding and paying is required per Rover terms of agreement". Do I need to Board and Pay before I decide on this provider - i.e., if I only want to contact provider just to ask a question?
