Hi Megan & Joshua F., I spoke to a rover customer service but they said they don't have the free 100 business cards anymore. Normally if the promo code doesn't accept it's because it's already taken.

As long as the sitter doesn't accept, the money isn't taken out, only held on pending. You can also contact Rover by calling them and see if they can cancel it for you. I had the same problem except an owner asking me to sit for them and they accidentally sent me more than one.

Yes or you can have her choose the dates of every Thursday if she can in one go. If not it'll have to be week by week.

What do you mean by "checked out"? Do you mean booked with a sitter? If that's the case then find a sitter and tell them that information and if they agree then you can do last minute booking.

Yes as long as it's open and checked that it's available then people should still find you. This happens to me.

Yes you can put on your profile you accept cats as well or cats only. It's very rare for someone to ask for a cat though. Many people don't know they can because Rover doesn't have a cat option yet.

Yes, I have been searching as well but I do not see the option for a promo code in the Rover store or even a free shipping option.
