| commented answer | Why are owners not rated and reviewed? I think rover is waiting for an accident to happen before they wake up and find out they should have done the right thing. I have an Airbnb in Hawaii and I rely heavily on reviews before I accept a reservation. This protects both parties. Airbnb is a multi million dollar company. Copy it. |
