I recently sent some pics to a client of skin-lesions on his dog.... we were working together to find the best treatment/course of action...... and I also sent a couple of pics re. house-sitting-specific items.....

These photos are posted to my profile (and I assume his profile as well!) How do I remove them???? (I mostly want to remove them for the owner's sake.... so pics of his dog's skin-lesions/house-stuff do not appear online.....)

I think that this owner would prefer texts to in-app messages (he sounded excited about getting texts & pictures throughout the weekend)..... will the in-app messages get texted to his phone?

I am new & I have my first booking (a house-sitting visit) this weekend.

Do people ever complete Rover Cards for house sitting visits?
I also have not been able to figure out how to create Rover Cards..... will the blank card to be filled out automatically pop up once the booking has started???

I am planning on sending the owner a few pictures each day..... with a couple of texts about some highlights that we've been enjoying.....

Do you think that the owner would be expecting 2 full Rover Cards for the 2 days? And do you think he would appreciate receiving Rover Cards instead of texts?

Thanks to you both for your help! When someone asks for my Rover Number, I will just tell them to refer to my profile then. I also don't mind giving out my personal phone number..... especially for repeat clients & clients that are traveling out of the country. Thanks :D

I am new to Rover, and I am wondering about pictures of clients dogs..... I've noticed that people post them on their profiles.

Is it encouraged to post a pic of every dog you've taken care of?

I assume that it is necessary to ask permission from the owners before posting pics of their pets?

Have you guys ever met someone who specifically did not want pics of their dog posted online?

I am wondering about how long it took you all to start receiving booking requests. My profile/background check was approved today (Monday)..... and it says that I will be Available for services next weekend?

I'm pretty sure that people can start booking now for the weekend? About how long after your background checks did you all receive your first request?
