Explain that your rate was set based on a typical one/two dog sitting assignment, but if you're going to take on that much extra responsibility, you're going to have to charge an additional fee If they agree, work with them to come up with a fair rate and adjust the price on the reservation.. If they don't agree, turn down the job. And bring your rates in line with others. Your services are worth it. |

The vacaycam feature was a fun tool. Since Rover purchased the company, I was wondering if there was any consideration given to having this feature to the rover app. |

I took Karen R's suggestion and changed the booking from boarding to drop in visits. It's not perfect but it is better than having a stressed out dog negatively impacting the other dog's experience. |
