commented answer | If someone drops their dog off at 5pm and returns to get the dog 2 days later at 9pm, how do you all handle that? It is over the allotted pickup, do you charge for 1/2 day?? thanks for the tip on the insurance part. i have had 3 client complain on my daycare after 24 hours and really wish rover would make this clear when booking. they think im making this up for more money. |

asked a question | Missing puppy rate section? I use to be able to edit my pricing and have it auto add the puppy rate but now i am not seeing this as an option any one else? Hate to tell parents the price is more when they could have been quoted the correct pricing the first time. |

asked a question | Is anyone else getting messages crossed? I almost lost a guest due to someone or something sending messages in rover that the guest had the wrong number and stop messaging them. Thankfully I was online checking my email when she booked but it happened again. Issues. |
