answered a question Clients asking for reduced price?

I would not do it. That's extremely unprofessional on their part. Would you walk into a store and ask if you could have something cheaper?

I only offer discounted rates for extended stays, and I occasionally lower rates for some of my favorite clients.

The price is the price! If you give in on that, your client might start to push further to see what types of additional services you'll give.

Also I think you could professionally tell her that rover does take a fee out of your sitting cost to cover insurance and a 24/7 team.

answered a question Did I handle this the right way? Terrified of bad review?

A refund or excellent follow up service cannot save your review at this point if she wants to give a negative one. Seems like she would be upset no matter what happened. If she complains that the dog's hair got wet or matted, most people will probably not see that as a valid complaint against your care.

answered a question Do you take in dogs without meet and greet?

I did once, and I will never do it again! The owner was in a bind and needed to go out of town that evening. The dog was quite destructive with her toys and ended up consuming a piece and vomitting for the rest of the stay.

Owner's descriptions of dogs are unfortunately not always accurate, and they are based on the owner's experience with the dogs and not how the dog acts around strangers.
