| answered a question | Do I get to meet sitter before booking? Yes, the sitter would normally set this up once they verify they are available to sit your dog. if they don't just mention it and they should set it up no problem. i think most sitters require them, I do! |

Yes boarding 3 dogs is expensive, but they should of planned for that. I would just be polite but firm and like others said offer the 20$ off code if this is their first time with Rover. Some people just like to haggle to see what they can get, I have had customers try and haggle with me, then look for other sitters and come back when they realize they cannot get a better deal and will pay my full prices.
