Is there a way for an owner to pay for dog food over Rover.com?

I need to buy dog food for a long stay and wanted to know if there is a way to add the cost on to the stay so the owner can pay using http://Rover.com.

Thank you both for your reply. I think I will just ask the owner to reimburse me later.

The only way is to use the "Extend Stay" function and then adjust the amount to cover the cost of the food. However, Rover is going to take 15% of that amount, so I wouldn't call this method ideal. Your alternatives are to get reimbursed in cash or to bill the owners yourself on Paypal, which may also take a small cut (like 3%) out of the amount paid to you, depending what kind of account you have, how the invoice is funded, etc.

Is this before or after the stay is booked? Beforehand you can just add a cost adjustment by clicking one of the "edit" buttons, but you probably mean after it's booked. I've had owners buy food online and have it shipped to my house.

Have you talked to your client about reimbursing you? If you don't trust that your client will do that, you should figure the cost and compare it an over night cost and then ask your client to do an Extended Stay for the cost but increase the rate to include more than what rover would take out because of your travel costs and time.
