How do I create a stay for a new customer?

I have tried several attempts to creating a stay for a new customer who has not booked before with Rover and I keep contacting my past customers. Is there a way to do this..."How can I create a stay for an owner" help faqs and followed every step but it doen't allow me to place a new booking with a new person.

Hi Paula,

I believe this feature is only available for existing/past clients. If a new customer needs help with creating an account and booking a stay, they can always reach out to the Rover customer experience team at [Edit: Rover’s contact options have changed. That makes perfect sense, because a new client to Rover must initiate a payment option to be used before booking is possible.
