Can another person not affiliated with rover accompany the employee to meet and greets?

My name is Brendon and I took my girlfriend to a meet and greet and stayed outside while she went into the residence to meet the client and dog. She quickly ran out of the house and was extremely distressed as the owner of the dog was attempting to make sexual advances towards her. I was wondering what is rovers policy for protecting its employees as this experience has brought up her PTSD from her past experiences. Does Rover find it acceptable for a client to touch and try to message the walkers. I dont feel comfortable letting her go to these meet and greets alone after this and would like to know if its acceptable for her to have me accompany her to these meeting to deteir any of these incidents from happening again. She was really looking forward to finally having some work and getting some money to pay Bill's and now she wont get any of this, personally I dont think it's right and this shouldn't have happened in the first place. Please let me know your thoughts on this thanks.
