Does the owner have to pay for a meet and greet?

Hi

I have just had my first enquiry.

Do I charge for a meet and greet?

Also, my rate on my profile says GBP25 per night. The person who has enquired shows that they have 2 dogs and so the rate is showing GPB 50 per night. There is a section to tick should there be more than 1 dog which I left blank as I thought GBP25 was for the rate per night not per dog. What does the owner think I am charging? GBP25 or GBP50 as I am going to meet with them tomorrow.
