How do I schedule the meet and greet after I've made contact with prospective pet sitters? Do I have to select the option to book the sitter, first, or is the meet and greet scheduling done via messaging only?
In your Inbox under "Pending Requests" you should see a box that has instructions encouraging you to set up a Meet and Greet. I usually email back and forth with the client and we decide on a date, then I send the Meet and Greet request. My account is set up so that once they respond - and they MUST respond for it to work - the date is added to my Google calendar.

Yes, the sitter schedules the meet and greet. Message with the client to determine a convenient time for you to get together, then send the formal meet & greet request.
How does the client literally accept the meet n greet on their end? I have had several people who can't figure this out.
