Confused about my dogs behavior?? This has only been going on for about 6 months. She walks around through the house and goes to the tile areas, mainly in the bathrooms where the rugs are and scratches and scratches? ?

this is the first time I have asked a question.

I've taken her out and fed her and this still is going on. It's crazy. She's old. Can you help me?

From what I've seen, it seems to simply be a little quirk of theirs they do when trying to find a spot to lie down on a cool area. I've mostly witnessed large breeds with the habit, but I know a Cockapoo who does the same thing too. Considering her age, though, I would still advise a vet visit.

You mention your dog is old so it may indicate she is suffering from dementia or another ailment. You should discuss the issue with your vet. Best of luck

Perhaps she's trying to find a cool spot to soothe her skin--the bathroom tiles are about the coolest in the house. If she's scratching a lot, best bet is to examine her closely to see what's going on with her skin.
