What do I do about an untrained dog that I can't board anymore?

PLEASE HELP!!!! I am boarding a dog for two weeks, but it's only been 5 days and I simply cannot handle it. She isn't house trained in the SLIGHTEST. This is my first boarding request, so I jumped at it right away but I simply can't do it anymore. She pees and poops EVERYWHERE inside my apartment and has torn nearly everything to shreds. She uses her pee and poo pads SOMETIMES, the majority of the time she just goes anywhere she pleases. The owner gave me two leashes, one to lock her up INSIDE the house and another for walks. I don't even know what the second leash is for because this dog REFUSES to leave the house. I have tried everyday twice a day to take her on walks, but she barks and sits and I have to drag her out to get her anywhere near the door. On our first walk I had to tug her outside and once we were finally outside the sprinted away and as I tried to control her she refused to listen to any of my commands or my attempts to get her by me. Finally she sat down on the sidewalk and just SAT there. She again REFUSED to walk at all, I had to physically pick her up and carry her back to my place. Because she doesn't let out her energy on walks, she runs amok inside the house because I don't think it's right to lock her up indoors, but she just tears everything apart and runs around in her own pee that she leaves everywhere. When I first met her, she reeked of urine, which I'm sure is from the same situation just at her owners house. She's also terrified of everything and anything, any noise, movement, or people. She has attacked my roommates who are all very friendly and welcoming with dogs, and has attacked another dog that my roommate was boarding. I can't do another week and a half. She is a beautiful dog, but this is simply too much for me. I am completely willing to just end the boarding here and cash out because this is too much on me and my roommates. The owner is on a vacation in China and hasn't responded to my message to him about how to get her outside. I am not sure what to do because the owner can't come back from China to pick her up, is there any other solution for me here? I didn't mean for this to be a venting session, I just really need to know what the protocol here is. PLEASE HELP!!!

Yes call Rover immediately! This dog needs a sitter who is experienced with extremely anxious dogs. Poor pup.
