Questions to ask before agreeing to house sitting?

I haven't done house sitting through Rover before, just for friends, and I'm wondering what kind of questions you ask or statements you make during the meet and greet or before you agree to house sit. I'm also curious what you ask them to show you in the tour when you do a meet and greet. Like, where do you keep poop bags, etc. So far I have:
Where does trash/recycling/bags of poop go?
Are there any rules/behaviors you want me to uphold while you're away? (Dogs stay off the furniture, etc)
Are there any plants or other animals you'd like me to take care of while I'm here?
Would you like me to stay overnight or just spend the days and evenings here? If no overnight, what time would you like me to arrive and leave?
Is my husband invited to visit me or would you prefer it just be me in your home?
Is it alright if I need to leave the house for brief periods (1-2 hours) to run an errand or get supplies?
Do you have first aid supplies for the dogs?
Are there any medications you need me to give your dogs while I'm here?
What is your dog's feeding routine?
What is your dog's daytime and nighttime routine? Are they crated or put anywhere special at night?
I typically do once daily check-ins. Would you like me to check in more frequently?

Anything else? Thanks all!

Your list is great. Each sitter sets his/her own policies and schedule. I usually just move into the client home, unless it is close to my house. I use it as my base of operations and follow my normal routine, just in their house not mine. So I am in the home most of the time, but definitely dusk to dawn.

Here are other questions I ask: - how to operate kitchen appliances, TV

  • location of cleaning supplies - dishes, dog cleanup

  • how to operate shower (if spending the night for a longer stay)

  • where do I sleep

  • alarm system - location of keypads, code to arm/disarm, password in case I set it off and alarm company calls

  • anyone else with access to home and will anyone be coming in while I'm there - roommate, housekeeper, lawn service

  • emergency contact in case something happens to sitter

  • existence and location of security cameras

  • wifi network name and password

  • location and list of things in kitchen I'm allowed to use - food, spices, dishes, glasses, pots and pans

  • nearby grocery, restaurants

  • location of food and treats, schedule

  • medications - location, schedule

  • where to park - if in garage, make sure they leave opener

  • recommended route to walk dog, areas to avoid

End of stay: - what to do with linens

  • how/when/if to return key

  • what to do with pet - crate, loose in house

  • set alarm?
