How does my client accept my proposed Meet N' Greet time that I sent her?

My Client is having a hard time accepting my proposed Meet N' Greet day/time because she can't seem to find the button to "accept" what I proposed. She said she can't seem to find any sort of button, etc. What can I tell her? As a sitter, I've never seen it from that side before...

Meet & greets don't get 'accepted', you just create the meet & greet for the sake of clarity I believe. There are no buttons for the client to press

Good morning,

I am new with Rover and just acclimating how to navigate through the site. I am not sure if there is a respond button on the owner's end, but you want to be sure not to lose a potential client. You may be better off contacting Rover's customer service direct support to find out.
Also, if there is not a return button of yes accept or no decline, I usually get a response in text form from the owner. You may want to send a text with a question such as Hi, just following up on our meet and greet, are the day and time workable, or is there a better day Keep us posted, Lori
