My client isn't picking up their dog until 6;30 or 7. Should i be charging for another day?

I have a sketchy owner that has not accepted the stay yet. The dog is staying for 16 nights. The dog is great. Should I not let her leave the dog until she confirms the stay?

I have a client who wants to drop off their dog at 9 am and pick him up at 8:30 at night. Should I be charging more then my 20.00 day care rate? I was thinking of upping the rate to 25.00. Thanks for any input.

I love the dog and he is no problem. When I work out the hourly wage I am making less than 2.00 per hour. I have been home all day and have not left him alone. When should I charge more? I'm a loving person who loves having the dogs here but still wondering if the day care rate is worth it when the dog is left for so long.

The GSD seemed to be OK at the meet and greet on Tuesday.

I had to re-think and cancel a stay when the GSD was showing too much aggression towards my current client as well as my small terrier. I paid the owner back for the stay in cash. Was this the way to handle this?
