Boarding is for a 24 hour period starting at the time of drop off. Use this example 7A drop off the 1st day ends at 7A the next day. If on the last day the client picks p at 6:30 or 7P that is an additional 12 hours and you may at your discretion charge 1/2 day or a daycare rate. However, drop off and pick up times should have been discussed prior to the booking acceptance and the additional charge added then.

Your only recourse would be to extend the booking with the client's approval for whatever rate adjustment you agree upon.

Thank you, I will keep that advice in mind for future bookings
