“Deb and James looked after Nelson for over 3 weeks in total. They are the most caring and loving couple you could ever get to look after your dog. Nelson was treated to lots of hugs, walks, wading in rivers to cool down, and even though it was very hot July, they made sure he was comfortable all the time. They were great sending photos and comments to us so we knew he was having a good time. I'm sure Nelson can not wait to see them again.”

Our pup can be a nervous eater, and Christine went out of her way, got incredibly creative, and just showed Nook all the love at mealtimes to get her comfortable to eat. She also communicated with us so effectively, lots of photos and check-ins, and was very flexible when our drop off/pickup times changed. I really appreciated Christine’s care and will be using her anytime we need a great Puppysitter!”

Your dog will love the freedom my property allows, to swim if they enjoy or walking the trails, or simply hanging out and enjoying one another’s company. Being retired, no children or pets at home, my attention and time is with your dog. I do pick up and drop of service and only accept 1 dog at a time, maximum 2 in the same family. My days are spent outdoors and indoors, swimming, walking, cycling, reading, painting, listening to music, Netflix and simply hanging out with my fur friends. It brings me joy to be in the company of furry ones. I enjoy playing with the dog toys like “tug a war”, throwing a ball or frisbee. Reading a pets personality is important and allowing them to accept me comes quickly. Dogs boarding at my cottage will be happy with my idyllic, rural, waterfront location. They can enjoy swimming, walking or hanging outdoors/indoors with me. Since the cottage is on the St. Lawrence river I do not have a 4 sided fence, 3 sided only. It is important for me to know if your dog has good recall or needs to be leashed at all time whilst outdoors.

“Sarah and her family, went over and beyond my expectations of Cyrus’s vacation at their home this past week! Sarah’s laid back way, made Cyrus feel right at home (He is a very chill dog), with doggie play with the other dogs, walks, cuddles, treats, more cuddles, hockey nights with watching hockey on tv and cuddles…he was so well loved! When he chose their bed to sleep in, that is where he slept…he wanted to be up on the couch, that is where he would be…he wanted to be outside, they let him outside…it was awesome! Sarah was on top of everything, and when Cyrus needed to see his vet, she was on the phone with me and made sure he got to the vet and understood the treatment needed. Even though, I couldn’t be with Cyrus, I knew he was in the best hands possible! Thank you Sarah, Paul, Emmett and Molly for loving Cyrus and giving him the care he needed while I was on vacation! When my family members moved away (they were the ones Cyrus stayed with, when i worked on the Cruise Lines), it took a while to find “where can Cyrus stay?”. I now know, Cyrus will always stay with Sarah and her family! I don’t have to worry, Cyrus will be loved and get the attention he needs! “Sam and her partner treated Jagger with kindness and you could see they cared about his wellbeing. Their 2 fur dogs were awesome as well. You could tell my fur baby was in good hands. She has cared for my miniature dachshund overnight multiple times as well as popped in for walks when needed. He is always happy to see her! About: I went to school to get a vet technician. I have worked with animals for over 15 year. I also worked at a pet resort looking after dogs and cats for 6 years I'm a stay at home mom currently so I can sit and play with your animal all day. I'm also available on weekends for boarding or walks. I have a fenced in backyard for your dogs to play in. I also walk my 2 dogs twice a day. Your dog will be all tired out when they get home!
