“Chelsea is simply the best! We are in Nelson on a little family holiday and needed someone to take our beloved Howie for a few hours so we could go e-biking. She took such good care of him and sent us pictures along the way. Howie wasn’t distressed in the least when we picked him up and even attempted to follow her when we were leaving. Regardless of her busy schedule she always finds the time to take care of her dog, whether it be going for long hikes or just playing in the yard. She grew up on a livestock farm and is no stranger to spending her time around horses, dogs, pigs, Buffalo and other animals. Working as a wrangler for a ranch in Northern BC it was her main task to ensure the well being of a large group of horses. Those tasks included waking up in the middle of the night to check on the group, feeding, cleaning and preforming first aid on the horses if they had injuries. As a result of her life long experience with animals she would be a suitable candidate to look after any dog or cat and she would be able to make that her greatest priority for whatever length necessary.”

About: I have had dogs since I was a kid. I trained one of them and I was mostly responsible for them as my parents were working fulltime. I grew up with a Tibetan Terrier who I cared for when he was senior. I looked after a Chihuahua several times a week for over 5 years. My family got a Havanese puppy and I helped training her. I looked after her for over 4 years. I went for walks with lots and lots of dogs during the last 15 years. This includes neighbors dogs as well. I currently don't have a dog myself. I'm available throughout the whole week. I don't have a job right now which gives me a lot of time to walk dogs. I am very flexible with time and days. I provide various care to dogs with different behaviors and conditions. I make sure of the dog's wellbeing durings walks and playtime. I give appropiate food during visits.

About: I have always had pets growing up, we have had many dogs of all kinds of breeds. Last year I got a cat and have been taking care of it on my own. I have house sat for people with dogs for over a month. I love being around animals and being able to care for them and have fun! I just graduated from University and am taking time off from working. I will be taking care of a small dog at home but will have extra time to visit and walk other dogs I am open to any kind of service that is required for you pets and am happy to spend time with new dogs/cats. I enjoy going for walks and would love to do that for your pets!
