Kristy Ann and her family are wonderful. Our dog had a great time and was well taken care of. Kristy Ann sent us photos throughout the stay, which was very nice. Will definitely book with her again!

This was the first time I went away and took our dogs to stay outside of our home. What a great experience! From the moment we meet Kristy Ann we knew she would be a perfect substitute parent. As soon as the boys entered her home, they were calm and happy to check things out. Kristy Ann kept in touch with us the entire time with texts and photos. I would highly recommend Live Love Bark. Absolutely a fabulous experience. Thank you so much! 5 star rating (Collapse)

...I certainly would. I have known and trusted Kristyann for two years, and in as many cities, and she is more awesome than I can express. There are very, very few people in whom I trust to properly care for my Bella and, not only is Kristyann on that short list, she's at the top of it. If you are seeking outstanding, attentive and loving care for your pup, your search is over. You will have a friend to both you and your pooch for life in Kristyann! (Collapse)

I recently booked a stay with Kristy and she was amazing! At first I was worried because my puppy is younger than 4 months and has never left home before. However, the first meet and greet with Kristy sealed the deal. She is wonderful with dogs, hospitable, and has lots of experience with all breeds and temperaments of dogs. She also is a sweetie! She made me feel comfortable leaving my puppy with her for a whole week. Additionally, Kristy sent me videos and picture updates everyday, and was extremely reliable if I had any questions. I would recommend her to all dog lovers! Thanks Kristy, I will definitely book you again! :) (Collapse)

...but I can't. KristyAnn's profile and experience sounded great, the many reviews sounded great...so I was expecting everything to be great. Our communication before the meet and greet was good, as well as before the actual stay of 5 days. I would have liked to get a few more pictures of the pups, but I could tell she is a busy lady. I'll make a list of the facts that were cause for my concern. 1. Lots of dogs. On the day we dropped off, I counted at least 9 dogs, including my two and her two. 10 including a puppy downstairs that I didn't see but she told me about. I'm not sure how many of the dogs were overnight boarders or just daycare dogs. KristyAnn told me she's been doing this a long time, and has a routine down pat. My concern upon picking my dogs up was that they may have spent a lot more time in their crates than I was expecting. I was expecting they'd be in their crates for bedtime, and if she needed to gate them off for awhile, they would be gated off in the room with their crates, regardless, I was expecting they would have lots of walks, and playtime. I can't say how much time they got of either, however, when I picked them up, it was evident they had been in their crates for awhile because of their behavior when she brought them outside. They acted as if they had not seen each other for hours...more interested in playing with each other than seeing me and my daughter! I can tell you this is how they behave when they have been in their crates for a good while. 2. Water/potty time. My pups ring a bell when they need to go outside. I forgot to bring the bell, but KristyAnn said that it would be fine, they would get outside enough. After picking up the pups, when I carried the dog crates, large dog bed, and blankets to the car, the first thing we noticed was the STANK. Everything smelled, the crates, bed, blankets. Not just a little doggy odor, but stink. She told us a dog had peed near their bed, a territorial thing. I was surprised other dogs were allowed in their crate/bed area if territory issues were a problem. The crate smelled like it had been peed on or in, the blankets smelled like pee even though she had washed them, and it was obvious a dog had peed ON their bed, not near it. I was able to wash the cover but had to throw out the inside stuffed pillow. This was a big bed....my dogs are 70-80 pounds. I had to hose down and disinfect the crates when we got home. So my concern is....WHO peed all over this stuff? If it was my dogs, then they weren't getting outside enough. They would never pee in their crates or on their bed unless they were desperate. If it was another dog....well why were they in or near their crates/bed to begin with? Another concern I have to add is when we got home, the first thing they did was pee. And pee. And pee. I have never seen them pee that long. Ever. 3. Water. This is closely related to concern #2. When picking up the pups, and I asked KristyAnn how the potty-ing went. She said she gives the dogs water at certain times, so they aren't constantly having to pee. When we got home, after the record pee-event, they drank 1.5 BOWLS of water at one time. They never drink that much water at once, so it was obvious they were water-starved. That is very concerning, and with the GA heat, water should never be withheld. So....to sum this experience up...I wasn't there so I don't know exactly what happened, I'm basing my review on the facts and behaviors after I picked them up. My dogs didn't die, I didn't have to take them to the vet, so that is good. However, it is apparent to me that this was not the right fit for us. Maybe KristyAnn had done such a good job in the past that she became very popular and just ended up with too many customers? I don't know. I would suggest if you are a new customer considering using her, that you think about what type of environment/experience you want for your dog. I have already booked our next stay with a family that takes only dogs from one family at a time, has a huge yard, and our meet and greet was amazing, I think the dogs will love it there! (Collapse)

We dropped off our dog on Friday evening and picked her up the following Saturday! We received pictures and videos with updates on how she was doing. The best part is when we picked her up after almost 7 hours of driving she was so drained she slept the entire way home and once we got there which allowed us the unpack and unwind for a little while. I will definitely be back and we are even considering doing doggie daycare so our pup can get some great interactions with other dogs. (Collapse)

Our dog "fell" on the first day of stay, had a bad case of diarrhea AND another dog bit her ear! All in our first 8 day stay with rover. Definitely a NO if you love your dogs. After 8 days and so many episodes I would have expected a at least 5 minutes of the sitter's time to fill me on her stay & "accident of biting" that happened just "2 minutes" before I came to pick up our dog. But no, she was busy to hustle us out of the door and get the next customer. When I told her that I am taking my dog to vet, the answer I got was " I guess, I was meant to sit your dog for free." Please check the number of dogs that are staying at any given time at "meet & greet" before signing up. (Collapse)
Mr Cooper Loved His Stay. It Was A Good Feeling Knowing He Was Being Very Well Taken Care Of While I Was Out Of Town. It Was Also A Great Relief Finfing A Place For Him On Such Short Notice.

I recently boarded my dog Abby with KristyAnn and had a wonderful experience. I had never boarded my dog with a host before. KristyAnn made Abby feel at home right from the start, and had a plan in place to introduce her to the other dogs slowly, so that she would not be overwhelmed. It was such a nice surprise to receive nighly updates and videos of Abby playing with the other pups and her new human friends, and having a great time! I could tell from the nightly videos that Abby was having lots of fun, in a happy and loving home. KristyAnn was very organized, and drop off/pick up was handled with ease. When I picked up Abby, KristyAnn had all of her things together and she was ready to go. I highly recommend KristyAnn as a dog sitter without reservation and I will definitely use her services again!
