About: I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember. I’ve volunteered with shelters and own three of my own for the last 10 years. I’m currently working from home and hoping to get out of the house for a bit by doing drop in visits or dog walks. I’m available to board dogs as well so long as any furry guest gets along with the dogs already in the house. I’m comfortable administering medication so long as instructions are given. I’m certified in canine CPR. Im happy to cater to the needs of your dog and follow any instructions you provide. As im working from home, im available nearly all the time except for a few virtual meetings during the week. Our normal routine is a short walk in the morning, they hang out with me while I work, maybe a walk or a game at lunch, more work from home, then free in the evening for movie nights/parks/bite to eat somewhere dog friendly. I have a fenced yard with a doggy door to the back. I have also converted my office into a dog room with space for extra crate if that’s what is preferred. Animals are allowed on furniture at the owners discretion. I recognize all owners do things a bit differently and I know how worrisome it can be to leave them with a stranger so I want to put your mind at ease by conforming my care to how you prefer.

About: Professionally, I have 5 years of experience watching animals. Much more with personal experience, having owned animals almost my whole life on and off. I also fostered puppies, and recently adopted a 15 week old lab mix. (8 months old now) She is very friendly and also loves cats (the white lab with freckles in most pics). I also have 2 cats that are VERY good with dogs. Cats take more time, but I have cat rooms with cat walls, and spaces to separate if necessary. They will get all the love and care they need. Some cats adjust same day and fit right in. Some take more time, or don’t want to be bothered during their stay. Either way, we make sure to take very good care of them. I have a lot more experience with smaller/medium breeds, and prefer small to medium dogs. Our home is big with plenty of space, and we have a park close to us that we enjoy walking to often. I am fairly active, so they will get plenty of excercise between myself, husband and kids for dogs staying overnight. I work from home, so am very flexible around school drop offs and pickups. I can take 1-2 dogs overnight, and I promise they will get the love and attention they need. I have 1 older girl who help me keep a close eye on things. For dogs that get into things, we block off back rooms to keep them close for safety reasons. We have baby gates and clean very well before visits.

About: I have always owned dogs of different sizes and breeds! I also have extensive experience with exotics (guinea pigs, ferrets, chinchillas, rabbits, etc), cats, and livestock (chickens, pigs, small ruminants, etc). My education comes from NC State University with a minor in Animal Science, I volunteer regularly with Caring Hearts for Canines, and am a certified Canine Care and Training Instructor though the AKC. I am comfortable giving medications including injections and with basic grooming. I do work as a full time teacher so most of my availability will be weekends and school holidays. Some weekday nights and evenings may be available as well depending on the need. I have a fenced in yard that is close to two acres in size with access to woods for dogs to explore! When caring for animals in your home, I would be happy to follow any requirements to fit your pet's needs including playtime, potty breaks, feeding, bathing, giving medications, etc.

About: I have cared for all kinds of animals through my life but have extra personal experience with my own four rescued cats. I was also a active dog mom but decided to not get another after losing my boy some years ago. I’m a college student wanting to save money up while in school and as a pet lover and owner I can’t think of a better way to earn money while in school than playing with and spending time with animals. About: My name is Brooke and I am a full time MLT student at Sandhills. I have been dog sitting on the side as well as babysitting to get me the money I need through college. I love all animals and would love to help in any way needed. I have had multiple dogs and cats growing up so I am used to animals. I do overnight stays as well as just checking in daily on animals. My school hours at 9am -12pm Tuesday through Thursday so my schedule is very flexible. I do well with all sizes of dogs and all breeds. I also love cats and other animals that a family might have. Right now I have two huge inside boy kitties..and a long hard Chihuahua and a Chihuahua terrier mix and a lab shephard mix they are all neutered and older gentlemen...I have had pigs, goats, cattle, horses, sheep, rabbits, hamsters, fish, chickens still, cats, dogs and a iguana on weekends in 8th grade LOL...I can walk your babies hold them spoil them and take care of any special needs they might have but I'm not medically trained . About: my family has had a dog for 11 years! I was the designated walker and always loved getting out with the pup and hitting the pavement in the mornings or after school. I work full time, so this is mostly just to get out and get some exercise in before or after I get off work for the day. on walks I am stern but never mean if a dog is misbehaving. I prefer leash trained dogs, of course, and love all types of animals :)

About: I am a lifelong l lover of all animals. As a kid I had dogs, cats, reptiles, birds, and fish. As often as I could be, I was outside looking for all types of animals and exploring nature. Currently I have 3 dogs, a cat, and 2 beautiful little girls. One of my dogs is diabetic and I have to administer insulin daily. I have a lot of experience caring for many animals with different dietary and health needs. Right now, I am a stay at home dad. My wife is off work for the Summer, so I will have time available to help care for your pets. My children will also be starting pre-school in the Fall so I will have plenty of time available for pet visits. I am very detail oriented, and will make sure I care for your pets how you prefer, and follow your instructions to the best of my ability. I currently have two daughters in elementary school. I drop-off and pickup every day from school. I am available while they are in school (approx. 8:00AM-2:00PM) and may have availability later in the afternoon some days. I am available for any drop-in visits at client's home (including walking, feeding, and other routine pet care) but, am not caring for pets at my home at this time.

About: I grew up with several different kinds of animals at home. My first job was at a pet store and I have continued to love caring for animals since then. I've taken care of friends and neighbors pets for several years. I am comfortable with any pet, as long as they have a good temperament. I am a fourth grade teacher, so my schedule is completely open in the summer. During the school year, my availability is mostly limited to weekends. At my home I have a fenced in backyard and two high energy dogs ( a Dutch Shepherd and a Corgi) who would love a buddy to play with. I also have three children, ages 8-15, who like to help take care of our furry friends. At your home you can expect your pet to be cared for just like you were there, whether they need to be walked or just let out and played with while you are away. Dogs must be crate trained for boarding or day care at my home. This allows me to make sure my pets and yours are safe when I leave the house.
