About: Hi there, I’m Katie! I have over ten years personal dog ownership experience, and have been active on Rover for the past two years now. For my friends and family and now some lovely clients through Rover, I am the go-to person to dog sit. I’ll love your dog as if they are my own and will send regular updates of photos and videos of what we get up to to keep you informed and also for you to see your pet happy at ease and very cared for. I’d love to help you out with your dog sit/ walk needs too and I also offer a dog/house sit option if you would like me to stay in your home during your time away to help your pooch feel more at home. I love animals and miss hanging out with and walking dogs. I have experience with senior dogs, including hospice care, and very anxious dogs (think of the most terrified rescue that you can think of, and then make them ten times more afraid of everyone and everything around them). I can’t promise I’ll love your dog more than you do, but I can promise I’ll love them more than any other sitter you’ve had. I’m a full time student, so I have a fairly set schedule. I know exactly when I’ll be home and when I won’t be available and we can plan for the best care for your dog. ⭐️My weekday availability with classes is: Mondays: after 1:30pm Tuesdays: between 12:30pm and 3pm Wednesdays: before 5pm Thursdays: before 5pm Fridays: unavailable Note: I’m here on a student visa and can only work 20 hours per week during term time. If I hit this threshold I will block out the rest of the week. It’s not you, it’s UKVI. I can’t board because I’m in student housing, but I am comfortable staying in your home if you’re okay with it. I travel light. You won’t know I was there, save for the well-loved condition your dogs will be in and maybe a few dishes drying next to your sink. I follow their lead regarding how they play, where they like to veg out, their walk/potty schedule, and where they sleep (but hopefully that’s in the bed with me).
