“Victoria looked after our three large retrievers in our home while we were away. This was not the first time our dogs have been left in the care of a ‘sitter’ but it is the first time we have used Victoria. Our dogs seem very relaxed and comfortable around Victoria and Victoria clearly loves dogs. Victoria looked after the three dogs beautifully, following all the instructions we gave her and checking when she was uncertain of anything. She kept in contact via WhatsApp sending pictures and videos of the dogs, which was very reassuring. In addition to feeding and walking the dogs Victoria provided them with plenty of enrichment opportunities. Victoria also left the house neat and tidy having cleaned up after herself and the dogs. I’m sure we will use Victoria’s services again and would warmly recommend her.”

About: Hi! I am currently an undergraduate student fluent in 🇪🇸🇧🇷🇬🇧🇫🇷, who loves walks, paw-sitting and living new adventures every day. With a responsible approach and a deep love for animals, your pet will be very well looked after with me 🐶💕. I‘ve worked as a volunteer at the local kennel in my hometown for 3 years, facing different situations related to the care and safety of dogs. Also, I’ve been pet sitting for friends and family since I was 11, having experience with diverse personalities and individual needs. I have a lot of love and affection to offer to all the pets I care for. Animals are the most precious, intelligent and empathetic beings that exist and it’s a pleasure to spend time with them. I also have to mention my beautiful dog, Luna. (very playful and full of energy), so I’m very used to the day-to-day life with pets and I’ve learned a lot about them over the years. I am currently a full-time student at the university. However, I have all the weekends (Saturday and Sunday) completely free to dedicate play time and care for your pets, and some weekdays as well. I always have my calendar updated and I’m ready to answer any questions that you may have. I adapt effectively to the needs of each pet, with quick decisive thinking. That means feeding them on schedule ⏰, taking them for walks 🐕, providing companionship 💞 and enjoying a nice playtime🐕⚾ I always try to think about the safety and well-being of the pet before anything else, but without forgetting their happiness and joy💫 and following any specific instructions given by the owners.

About: I’ve been surrounded with pets throughout my life, from guinea pigs to big dogs, I have experience in caring for puppies and kittens aswell as senior pets! I’m very communicative and will send lots of photos and updates whilst you’re away! I’m currently working full time. However I work from home on Mondays and Fridays and will be available all weekends and bank holidays when needed Your pet comes first! I will make sure they feel extra safe and as comfortable as possible while I care for them. When pet sitting at an owners home I follow pet care plans and provide lots of cuddles (and treats!)

“We loved having Gurds take care of our cockapoo puppy Noodle. She stayed with him for a week while we went overseas. It was our first time leaving him but felt so comfortable right away. Noodle loved her and it was an immediate love at first sight for both of them. She gave him so much love while we were away. We were so worried and she made it so much easier. We are so lucky we found Gurds. Noodle is a very big cockapoo and as a puppy, not easy to handle. She did a great job handling him on his wild puppy walks and was there cuddling him at night. In fact when she left, he sat and cried at the window for quite awhile. You will not regret choosing Gurds to care for you 4 legged family member.”
