Ashely was wonderful! This was my first time using Rover and her background made me very comfortable leaving my puppy with her. She sends you daily updates with pictures. He’s a very energetic dog with separation anxiety, so it was very important leaving with him someone we could trust. I definitely recommend her!
Jason was very caring and patient helping Patches settle in and overcome her anxiety in her new surroundings. He went out of his way to try methods to help her feel calm and comfortable. During the first nights he even slept some in the room she was in to calm her because she is used to sleeping in bed with us. Jason seems to be very kind and compassionate and Patches was well cared for.
Mimi was so amazing with my Booboo, she was super attentive with the care instructions I left her and was incredibly responsive sending me pictures and updates of her. I could tell Booboo was very comfortable and had a great time during her stay. I would 100% book with her again :)
Sherry was the first person we used on Rover and it was a good experience For Simon as well as our family Simon is a rescue Pup and we were nervous about boarding him especially Not knowing his history from where he came Sherry was wonderful loving and compassionate with our little guy In fact Simon learned how to use the doggie door!😀 She planned activities everyday while he was in her care And everyday she communicated with us through text messages And pictures… I loved seeing the pictures it made myself and husband Feel much better while we were away from him I knew I made the right choice of using Sherry boarding service.. We left our dog Bear with Christopher for 12 nights and they went above and beyond our expectations Bear was more than taken care of he was treated like he was their own. He sent us a ton of pictures everyday and was nice and worn out when we got him bc he got to go for walks and played so much. I would recommend him to anyone I know and happy that we found our person to take care of Bear when we travel
Bianca and her husband are very caring folks. My Pucho was taken care of very well. They made me feel that my baby was happy. At first I felt guilty to go on vacation leaving him with strangers. Cam was awesome with my 5 lb chihuahua. She was very sweet, gentle and very nurturing with my fur baby. She sent pictures and updated me on her well being. Cam was very transparent with us too which was very much appreciated. I will be using her again in the future.
