I currently work 9-5 in Raleigh NC Monday-Friday. I can take care of your fur baby before or after work and even on my lunch break. I can stay for extended time as needed on the weekends as well. I have 3 dogs currently who love to play in our fenced in back yard. I try to take them for walks around the neighborhood as often as I can. They get bi-weekly baths.

“Nolan was very accommodating by providing a meet and greet ahead of taking care of my two K9s and the cat. He carefully listened to instructions, since each of the boys is a working breed and needs a firm hand and consistent routine. He was communicative and reliable, showing up when he said he would for the meet and greet and when he was requested for care of all of the animals. He was ready for the challenge of a German Shepherd that needed to be kept separate from the Belgian Malinois, and of course the princess (the cat) who needed to be kept safe from the dogs. He reinforces good behavior from both K9s, and provided exercise as well as enrichment for both in separate walks and training reinforcement. He wraps everything up by giving the little princess some affections, attention, and play time (if she is feeling social). I am looking forward to working with Nolan again. He is very enthusiastic about providing quality care for all animals. I will continue to hire him and would recommend him for anyone with a challenging breed. His passion for providing not just physical care for the dogs is shown through his excitement and willingness to provide them training, which is critical to keep them healthy and happy. SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT Your dog’s safety and comfort are our top priorities. We have a large fenced yard where pups can safely play and explore, along with two friendly resident dogs to keep them company. We use gates throughout our home to create separate spaces when needed, giving dogs the option for alone time or a calm environment. If crating is part of your pup’s routine, we can easily accommodate that as well. All introductions are done slowly and safely to ensure a stress-free experience for everyone.

About: I’ve practically had pets my whole life and have been caring for dogs since I was 11 years old. Animals have always held a special place in my heart—I genuinely love being around them and making sure they feel safe, happy, and loved. Over the years, I’ve gained hands-on experience not just with my own pets, but also through my time working at the PetSmart PetsHotel, where I cared for dogs of all sizes and personalities. Whether it’s cuddles, playtime, or just making them feel at home, I truly enjoy every part of taking care of animals. I’m a teacher, so my summers are open. I’m usually free after 3 during the rest of the year. Weekends are usually open. My availability will be posted. My top priority is always building trust with your fur baby. Only then am I able to care for them to the fullest. I have an extra bedroom for pets that prefer their own space. I have a large back yard and also am located about 3 miles from a dog park that I frequent.
