After a long time of planning and a lifetime of wanting a german shepherd, Robyn arrived in our household just before an unexpected and extremely difficult time in my life. She has been a wonderful companion and I have enjoyed her company immensely as she can still make me laugh at her silly antics despite how I’m feeling. I ‘d been working in an office for the last 4 years and decided I wanted a change from the pressure these roles can entail. Hence ‘Unleash Adventure’ was born. Going on walks with Robyn brings me more joy than I ever expected after the switch from growing up with cats. I have walked breeds of all shapes and sizes since and love them all equally! Speaking of cats, having experienced first hand how stressed some cats can be at being left in a cattery I was inspired to provide a check in or home visit service to ease their worry when you go away on holiday. As well as a love from a young age of all things Steve Irwin and David Attenborough, I have had a menagerie of smaller animals during my lifetime including tropical fish, budgies, frogs and a monarch butterfly grown from an egg and released in time for the great migration. These animals were always loved and well cared for and I was constantly intrigued by their unique behaviours.
