My dog Gypsy was stressed and not very friendly for that first meeting, and Lindsay was patient. She came right on time, sent tons of cute pictures, and was very cuddly. Communication was prompt and clear. The house looked great after, and she left a really nice "Thank you" note for us. Even the dishwasher was emptied! When they come over my dogs are so excited to see them and i know they are well taken care of! Jean and Elena are clearly dog lovers as they are just as excited as the dogs are.
