“Josh has been both a fantastic colleague and a great friend. But most importantly, he is a caring and responsible pet and house sitter, which he has demonstrated to me time and time again. I travel back to Italy frequently, often leaving my cat, Minù, alone for extended weekends or even weeks at a time. However, I never worry because I know Josh is there to take care of her. Minù is an extremely anxious cat and typically aggressive toward most people, but with Josh, she’s a completely different animal—calm, affectionate, and playful. Unlike with other cat sitters or friends, she doesn’t hide when he’s around, which speaks volumes about the trust and comfort he provides. Josh is also wonderful with dogs. I remember when I first started dog sitting through Rover, I had an emergency during a long stay at a client’s house and had to leave for a night. Despite his busy schedule, Josh stepped in without hesitation (with the owner’s approval) to cover for me. When I returned, I found the house even cleaner than when I arrived, and the dogs were not only well-fed but also in high spirits. They were absolutely gutted to see him leave! Simply put, I couldn’t recommend Josh more. He is reliable, kind, and truly has a way with animals. Anyone would be lucky to have him as their pet sitter!”
