I have owned 2 basset hounds in my life - Claire, who passed away in 2016, and Mabel, who is currently under the care of my parents, as she didn’t adjust well to the apartment I moved in to. I have dog-sat for many families throughout high school and college, and volunteered at local animal shelters. She sent us frequent updates while we were away which gave us great peace of mind and she was a great listener with all of the little details of our goofy (and sometimes challenging) dog. She cleaned up after any messes he made and got him a variety of types of exersize as well as making sure he ate his food. She let us know about any problems and asked us how we would like them handled if she hadn't already taken care of it. She even brought a toy for him! Stephanie was such a blessing and we will be inviting her back if we travel in the future.”

About: I have been doing this since i was about 10 years old. i’ve helped with puppies as young as 6 months and as old as 15 years. i work full time but i am off by 6 and am off most weekends. when i do work a weekend, i just work on saturdays from 10am-4 pm. I would feel more comfortable if i watched your pet at your home since i live in a tiny apartment, it wouldn’t be the best option especially for dogs. however we do have a pretty nice dog park that i can take them to if i am available for walks
