“This was our first time using Rover, and Michael was very helpful and understanding with us. He visited a few weeks before our booking to meet the dogs to go over expectations as it was our first time. He was also house sitting and upon our return we barely knew anyone was here. He sent us multiple pictures throughout the day. He also called us after the stay and gave us an update on the overall stay. Would definitely book with Michael again and recommend him to others.”

“Christine was wonderful! This was our first time booking her services, and I would highly recommend her. From our first meet and greet, it was clear she had a lot of experience caring for animals. She was easy to talk to, had good communication during our time away, and went out of her way to care for our dog, Jovi (who can be a bit of a handful and hard to walk sometimes!). She even went out of her way to take him to his favorite park/trail one of the evenings. The coolest thing was finding out she had cared for Jovi when he was a puppy before we adopted him (we’ve had him since he was 1 year old). His previous owner had also contacted Christine for dog sitting, and she was able to look back through her pictures and find young puppy photos of our Jovi! It was totally meant to be! 😆 I highly recommend Christine for all of your animal care needs!”

“Jenny was absolutely amazing with my senior dog! I was really worried about going out of town and leaving my dog, but having her boarded was not an option. PB has been going incontinent and Jenny really handled it all well. She also needed coaxing at times to get up and go out and Jenny was able to get her outside. Jenny was super communicative and sent pictures of my baby often. I would absolutely book again!”

“Katie went above and beyond with our doggos! We booked her for one day in home sitting, which turned out to be during the ice storm (yikes!). Our house lost power and flight delays meant we would not be getting home as planned, Katie offered to stay an additional night with our dogs to make sure they were safe through the storm. She was very kind and accommodating, the dogs loved her and we felt great relief knowing they were with a reliable sitter. We will definitely be rebooking with her :)”

My husband and I were extremely impressed with her strength of calmness under pressure, maturity and willingness to get Colonel care when he suddenly became ill while we were away. She was his lifesaver!! Can't express our gratitude enough for her, and the Rover team. I believe my trips forward will be around her scheduled openings, not only mine.”

“Absolutely fantastic. Having 4 Huge dogs and our first experience ever with a dog sitter Daley did an Amaizing job and took care of our kids as if they were his own. They can be quite intimidating when all together but he had them eating out of the palm of his hands within 24hrs . Daley is definitely an absolute animal lover and this not a job or hobby for him . He actually enjoys spending time with animals and it is clear when you see it through your own pets behavior towards him . Absolutely recommend him 100%”
