She was in constant and detailed communication with us and she sent picture and video updates which allowed us to watch in real time our very shy, sensitive, unsure girl fall in love with Kayla and her daughter! It was so special! 🥰 We actually had to extend our trip due to last minute cancelled flights and our biggest concern, who would take care of Banksy until we got home, was immediately taken care of because of Kayla’s flexibility and understanding and incredible care.
