About: I have worked in animal medicine for 27 years and owned/operated my own pet sitting business. I love all animals and have cared for birds, pocket pets, dog and cats. I am comfortable giving oral/topical and injections (ex. Insulin). Two years ago I spent a year getting certified in animal hospice and palliative care. I know leaving a little old timer at home is stressful and requires someone with advanced caregiving skills. I welcome dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, guinea pigs, rodents and small reptiles. I am working from home. Animals who are cared for in our home are rarely alone. I can be available for visits during daytime or evenings. I have a quarter acre fenced yard. We have a pug named Bruce and a border collie named Biscuit. We live in a bi-level home in a quiet neighbourhood close to hiking trails that we frequent often. Pocket pets enjoy their own room and birds are upstairs with outdoor lookout.

About: I have been taking care of animals since I was 13 years old I would walk my Neighbors dog and I would feed it and I was just have so much fun I did that 7 days a week! Pet care fits into my daily routine pretty regularly actually I have 2 dogs pitbulls and then a little puppy named sally. Everyday I walk them feed them and just play with them and be with them as much as possible, I also have a horse named nikki I am at the barn everyday riding or cleaning or just simply having loads of fun! I would care for pets in clients home or in my home I would feed take out for walks give them lots of love! Also my home includes a closed fence backyard a very well rounded community with lovely people and great dogs to play with if your dog loves to play!

About: Aussi loin que je me souvienne, j’ai côtoyé des chiens et des chats. J’ai joué avec eux, j’en ai soigné, j’en ai dressé aussi spécifiquement pour la marche. Je suis retraité et je marche à tous les jours. Je peux donc ajuster mon horaire selon les besoins. Je marche environ 5 kms par jour. J’ai un chat, n’ayant pas le droit d’avoir un chien où j’habite. Nous avons notre routine, il dors beaucoup mais vers 16h c’est le temps des caresses. Je le nourris avec bonne nourriture et je tiens sa litière propre.
