About: I’ve had animals in my life since I was a baby. I have always enjoyed being around animals and playing with them and building trust with them and being able to cuddle with them on tough days. I have had different types of animals in my life. I have had dogs, cats, rabbits, Guinea pigs, hamster, bearded dragon. I currently work part time as a nanny on mondays and Friday and I also currently am trying to create my own business of refurbishing furniture when I have the time. So I am available most days. If yard is fenced I let them run and play and watch them at all times. Otherwise I will put a leash on them so they stay close. I will also pay attention to where they are at all times.

About: I’ve taking care of dogs and cats all of my life! I love being around them and spending time to make sure they’re happy and safe. I currently live in Janesville but work in Mankato, so I am used to a regular commute and am able to be flexible with my breaks to care for your pets. I plan to always keep my eyes or ears on the pets at all times. I think it’s important to not keep your pets locked in a cage all day, so roaming around in a safe environment is ideal.

About: I've had cats my entire life and have had a dog for the last 8 years. Taking care of pets has been a huge part of my life that I've come to love! I especially enjoy going for long walks and getting lots of pet snuggles! I do work during the week I have a very flexible work schedule most days and a lot of free time on most weekends and weekday nights. Your pets safety is my main concern. I understand that our fur babies are just that, our babies. I am a high energy person that loves to care for and play with pets. I'm the type of person that you will find hanging out with the animals at any gathering! “Payton has been exposed to dogs dating back to her earliest years. She grew up in a multi-dog home, with as many as 5 dogs at any given point in time. We believed in teaching responsibility and exceptional pet ownership and Payton participated in the daily care of the dogs in addition to basic training using behavioral principles. I am a doctor of psychology and the applied behavioral sciences instructed us on how to train and develop our dogs. Payton also has watched dogs in our neighborhood, dogs of relatives, and recently stayed in the home of a multi-pet family based on referral. She has the experience and skillset needed for this position.”

About: I’ve raised my two adopted puppies and created a safe home for both of them. All the vet visits and training and spending time together on walks helped me learn a lot about them and allowed me to show them that humans can be kind. They have their own personalities and needs. The dog treadmill keeps their stress and anxiety levels low. I groom and trim their claws. I’ve been training my dogs day to day and it never stops amusing me how smart they are. I am currently working part-time and spending time with dogs helps time go by. Weekends are always open. Obviously there are chores to take care of the house but there is always time to tend to the furry friends. I cared for my dogs when they were sick following vets instructions to give certain medications to my dogs. Adopting a dog always comes with challenges and we have overcome many of them. At home I have four rooms and two floors and a fenced backyard. I have three crates and one giant crate. I only use them if I need to run an errand or take care of myself away from the dogs. I try to ventilate the house an much as possible, frequently clean the house and make sure that my pets stay safe, healthy and happy.

“Going out of town for an extended vacation was nerve racking for us as puppy parents. Fortunately we had Nate who is a kind, empathetic and caring person who very quickly built a trusting relationship with us and more importantly our dogs. Nate is a natural at building rapport and was able to quickly win our dogs over. We have three dogs and he managed each of their special needs with ease. We also have a very high needs dog in terms of medication along with a regimented walking and feeding schedule. Nate managed this with utmost care and diligence. I can drop in 3 to 4 times a day if I am watching them at your place.
